Did you know that faculty members are able to place materials on reserve at the beginning of each semester?
course reserve materials:
Any materials may be placed on reserve in accordance with fair use and copyright guidelines. Tips for placing items on reserve:
- Use the Course Reserves Request Form to notify the library of items to be placed on reserve.
- Request materials before the beginning of each semester.
- Notify the librarians of items to be placed on reserve before announcing that the item is available for student use.
- Allow 48 hours for reserve items to be cataloged & processed and available for student use.
- Advise students that they must have their Gordon State College ID to use reserve materials.
- Students may use the self-serve ScannX machines to scan documents to their smart phone, flash drive, or email account at no charge.
